DOT FMCSA presents a self-compliant application designed to accurately record driver duty status and adhere to the following regulatory requirements:

60-hour/7days or 70-hour/8days Rules
34-hour week restart with the latest suspension of two periods between 1-5am
11 hours driving limit per day
14 hours on-duty limit per day
Sleeper Berth provision
Passenger Seat provision
Personal Conveyance provision
30 minutes break provision
Location recording for vehicle’s engine activation and deactivation, with location tracked every 60 minutes while the vehicle is in motion
Mobile device authorization for duty status changes only when the vehicle is at a complete stop
The mobile device alerts the driver visually and/or audibly of any malfunctions
If the vehicle remains stationary for 5 minutes or longer, the mobile device will automatically switch to on-duty not driving status, requiring the driver to accurately input their current status
