DOT FMCSA presents a self-compliant application designed to accurately record driver duty status and adhere to the following regulatory requirements:
- 60-hour/7days or 70-hour/8days Rules
- 34-hour week restart with the latest suspension of two periods between 1-5am
- 11 hours driving limit per day
- 14 hours on-duty limit per day
- Sleeper Berth provision
- Passenger Seat provision
- Personal Conveyance provision
- 30 minutes break provision
- Location recording for vehicle’s engine activation and deactivation, with location tracked every 60 minutes while the vehicle is in motion
- Mobile device authorization for duty status changes only when the vehicle is at a complete stop
- The mobile device alerts the driver visually and/or audibly of any malfunctions
- If the vehicle remains stationary for 5 minutes or longer, the mobile device will automatically switch to on-duty not driving status, requiring the driver to accurately input their current status
