<p>DOT FMCSA presents a self-compliant application designed to accurately record driver duty status and adhere to the following regulatory requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>60-hour/7days or 70-hour/8days Rules</li>
<li>34-hour week restart with the latest suspension of two periods between 1-5am</li>
<li>11 hours driving limit per day</li>
<li>14 hours on-duty limit per day</li>
<li>Sleeper Berth provision</li>
<li>Passenger Seat provision</li>
<li>Personal Conveyance provision</li>
<li>30 minutes break provision</li>
<li>Location recording for vehicle’s engine activation and deactivation, with location tracked every 60 minutes while the vehicle is in motion</li>
<li>Mobile device authorization for duty status changes only when the vehicle is at a complete stop</li>
<li>The mobile device alerts the driver visually and/or audibly of any malfunctions</li>
<li>If the vehicle remains stationary for 5 minutes or longer, the mobile device will automatically switch to on-duty not driving status, requiring the driver to accurately input their current status</li>
</ul>
